How to submit a word

Using an AI agent? Point it to /llms.txt, which has every detail.

Sign in with GitHub, then upload the word on Submit a word. Its result appears on My submissions.

The file

• For n symbols, use the first n characters of 0123456789ABCD.
• Start with the symbols in order, such as 0123 for n = 4, and put the whole word on one line.
• Upload raw text or a Detour file. From n = 10, Detour is required.
• The file can be at most 200 MiB.

To relabel a word written with other symbols, use convert_word.py.

What gets listed

A word shorter than the record is listed as soon as it passes the checks. So is a tie, up to 20 per person at each n. A longer word needs a reason, and is listed once that reason is approved. A copy of a verified word is refused, even relabelled or reversed.

How words are checked

The site checks every word with two independent programs, and both must find every permutation. You can download them and check a word before submitting it.
